Georgetown, DC is such an adorable place! I was elated when Estefanie and Griffin made plans with me to take pictures in Georgetown! We were blessed with a beautiful, crisp morning and enjoyed walking around the residential area of Georgetown and admiring all the beautiful historical homes. These two are so precious. They have such a sweet love for each other. Estefanie and Griffin met at college in Little Rock, Arkansas, about 3 hours from Memphis! (Small world). Griffin is finishing up his law degree in DC. Estefanie is from Venezuela and just finished a degree in Business Administration and Mass Communications. They are planning a September 2020 wedding and I know it is going to be absolutely gorgeous!
Last year I had the privilege of touring Moss Mountain Farm while shooting for my sweet friend Katherine of Bella Baxter. I also got to meet one of the owners of the gorgeous farm, James. Moss Mountain Farm is absolutely stunning in every single way. Every time I’ve gotten to shoot there, all my creative juices overflow with inspiration.
I was over the moon excited when James reached out to me in the late summer to ask if I would be interested in shooting a very intimate wedding at Moss Mountain. Of course I said, yes! I have really grown fond of small weddings. Acacia and Nick had a gorgeous, minimalistic and sophisticated wedding and ceremony, perfected with delicious fruits, vegetables, cheeses and fine wine at the reception — all while surrounded by their closest families and friends. They could not have asked for a more perfect day and it was a joy to capture it for them. :)
